Top tablet to play games on

They are also a bit cheaper than the best laptops so you get everything at your fingertips for a little less.

As well as the iPad and iPad mini sporting the apple applications, there are some really great Android tablets with even better screen resolutions available. You are either an apple lover or an Android lover. The new iPad has faster and more improved Wi-Fi speed and camera ability. Like some of the other tablets, the battery life on the iPad makes sure you have plenty of gaming time.

Android tablets are fantastic for 3D gaming because of their reputation for having really high resolution screens. The Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 has a large screen which is one of the best for playing games on. The vast app store allows you to download and play games for free or for a small fee whenever and wherever you are. There is also a built in IR blaster and peel smart remote that let you control your T.V and download films. It is a little cheaper than the iPad making it quite popular amongst tablet lovers.

As well as the Galaxy Tab, there is a Galaxy note 8.0 available. A little confusing admittedly, but they offer similar functions. One of the only differences between this one and the Tab is the amazing pen and pad type functionality. It also has handwriting recognition and amazing picture quality alongside a similar application store available.

The Nexus 7 has been brought out again with some new and improved functions. It has stereo speakers and a powerful processor which some of the other tablets don't have. It is another Android so expect great things from its high resolution screen.

The Fuhu Nabi 2 is one of the best ones for parents who are wanting to let their children get their hands on it too. With parental control functionality and bumper proof protection, there's no reason to let your kids loose on this one. Sony's Android Xperia tablet Z can be submerged in water for around 30 minutes, making it a little more reliable around children if you're looking for an alternative.
