STUNNERS INTERNATIONAL vs THE MODERN TIMES CLUB at The SLAUGHTERED LAMB

AKIRA'S VERDICT : My favourite bit was creating a hole through which to feed the phono outs down to the cellar. The music was great too, Modern Times ruled downstairs, and we ran up with a tinny soundsystem, Cibelle's mike, and Good Songs, until the amp blew. Whoo!

BEST SONG : Cormega & Ghostface - Tony Montana

Stunners International Christmas Party
Sunday, December 19

Stunners International Christmas Party! At Hendre Hall, Bangor, North Wales. With Cazals, Martini Henry Rifles, Ten Minutes With My Dad, Mothboy, Ali Love, Piranha Deathray, Rakubah, Penx, Bryn Owen.

AKIRA'S VERDICT : Orgainising this was a Bugger - but despite a huge opposition, incluing Fate, Mother Nature, London, Half The Bands, and The Coppers, it was a huge success. Personally, it was the most confident onstage I'd been.

BEST SONG : Anything Bryn Owen played, he was The Shit.
