Thanks a lot. :p Perhaps not the best recommendation in light of the pharmaceutical funtime you present here, but if you are looking to quit smoking straight-up there is a new prescription drug on the market called Champix that you might want to look into. It's quite the miracle worker - my girl's tried to quit smoking numerous times with no success at all, but it helped her stop cold turkey-style and she's been smoke-free for almost a year now, with no cravings - in fact, smoking (cigarettes at least) is gross to her.
