Mothboy - Deviance
Mothboy - Deviance
Ad Noiseam
Released: 20 Nov 2006
The deal seems to be, Mothboy does an album, I rap on it. Deviance had me doing some new shit on a track called I Can See Cities. Mothboy did the beat, gave me the title, and I ran with it. I wrote the thing on a laptop sat outside the cafe in Clissold Park, Stoke Newington. It was a beautiful, Sunny day. You wouldn’t know from the song itself, which is pretty fuckin’ dark.
We did the vocals for the album’s closing track, Down, at mine as well. A beautiful duet between Jeres, The Son Of King Rebel, and his then-girlfriend Soraya Mir.
